How to claim
- Report within 12 hours of clean completion via 08 6113 0664 with photos of the affected areas.
- We return and re-clean the reported areas free of charge, scheduled at the earliest mutual slot.
- If re-clean cannot be arranged or still fails inspection, we refund the affected service portion within 5 business days.
Exclusions
- Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, and stains disclosed as unrestorable before the clean.
- Pest treatment and mould remediation beyond standard surface cleaning.
- Areas excluded from the agreed checklist or inaccessible at clean time.
- Third-party damage occurring after our crew departs.
3-Hour Emergency Dispatch — on booked calls
- On booked calls, a vetted crew is dispatched within 3 hours, 7 days.
- A 20% urgent loading applies to the quoted subtotal, disclosed before you confirm.
- Emergency dispatch covers metro Perth postcodes; outer areas confirmed by phone.
Insurance certificate
Every job is covered up to $20M public liability plus workers compensation. The certificate is available on request — call 08 6113 0664. Policy numbers are never published on this site.
